The brand known as Liz Claiborne founded in 1976 has been around in the fashion and retail industry for 36 years. After selling it’s clothing label to JC Penney with the shutdown of their brand in October, the company has now changed it’s name to Fifth & Pacific Cos. Inc. to differentiate from the brand. The new name will be effective as of May.

Fifth & Pacific includes Juicy Couture, Kate Spade and Lucky Brand.
